LiberNovo provides a warranty to ensure the quality of LiberNovo ergonomic chairs. This policy explains the warranty period, covered parts, and warranty limitations.

Warranty Coverage

• Warranty Duration
  
  • Chair Frame (excluding Electronic Components)
    A 6-year limited warranty applies to the chair frame for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Electronic Components (Battery, Actuator, and Related Wiring)
    A 2-year limited warranty applies to electronic components for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
    
    
• Warranty Period
  The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as indicated by your proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or order number.
  
  
• What’s Covered?
  If a quality issue occurs due to non-human factors, such as a manufacturing defect, during normal use within the warranty period, LiberNovo will provide free repair or replacement of the defective parts. For modular components, such as: Base, Seat Base with Armrests, Backrest Support Bar, Backrest, Gas Lift, Headrest, if a defect occurs during the warranty period, LiberNovo will:

• • Ship replacement modular parts directly to the customer at no cost.
  • Provide instructional videos to help customers easily replace the defective components.
    

What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, such as fabric fading or minor scratches.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive use, or failure to follow assembly and use instructions.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high humidity, or corrosive environments.
• Damage resulting from natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, or fires.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
• Damage or issues that arise after the warranty period expires. However, paid repair services may still be available.

Warranty Limitations

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• LiberNovo is not liable for incidental or consequential damages that may arise, such as loss of use of the product or damage to other property.
• To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the warranty stated in this policy.
